How long does shipping take?

Most orders are processed within 24 hours and delivered in 2–5 business days depending on your location. You'll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Will I get tracking for my order?

Yes. As soon as your order is fulfilled, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow your package in real time.

What should I do if my package is delayed or missing?

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact our support team right away. We'll work with the carrier to locate your package or issue a replacement if needed.

Do you accept Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Can I pay with crypto for wholesale orders?

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

We begin processing orders immediately to ensure fast shipping. If you need to make changes, please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order. After that, changes may not be possible.

What if I receive the wrong item or something is missing?

If there’s an issue with your order, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll quickly review and resend or refund any missing or incorrect items.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the nature of cannabis products, all sales are final. However, if there’s an issue with product quality or fulfillment, we’ll make it right. Your satisfaction is our priority.

What should I do if my package arrives damaged?

If your product was damaged during transit, please take clear photos and contact our support team immediately. We’ll investigate and send a replacement or store credit if approved.
