Shipping Policy

Discreet Packaging:
All orders are packaged in plain, unbranded materials with no indication of cannabis content for your privacy and security.

Processing & Delivery Times:

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Standard delivery takes 2–5 business days depending on location.

  • Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Shipping Restrictions:
We only ship to U.S. states where the purchase of hemp-derived or legal cannabis products is permitted. We do not ship internationally.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

  • The item is defective or damaged in transit

  • You received the wrong item

To be eligible for a refund or replacement:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue

We reserve the right to approve or deny any refund request at our discretion.

  • Direct bank transfer (for wholesale orders)

All payments must be completed before an order is shipped.
We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) at this time.
